Introducing The Governor BoxFit™
Boxing for fitness and 1-to-1 personal training
Our Bootcamp is a group fitness session based on boxing and military fitness training called The Governor BoxFit™.
Boxfit is a cardiovascular workout increasing stamina in the heart and lungs.
Classes last between 45 mins to one hour and are for all levels of fitness. It is based on the training used for boxing so includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal, focusing on fitness and toning.
What makes The Governor Boxfit™ different?
As a company we work closely with many different athletes from different sports including boxers, mma athletes and rugby players and have formulated a bespoke fitness program suitable for any fitness and experience levels.
Our instructors have years of boxing experience, boxing as children at their local amateur's boxing clubs and have always been keen on health and fitness, They are personal trainers to a minimum of level 3 , affiliated with Ricky Hatton Boxing and first aid trained.
