You may or may not of heard the term Macros in relation to dieting and competing but what are they and how do you work them out..      First of all,  MACRO is short for MACRONUTRIENT    They’re the three categories of nutrients you eat the most and provide you with most of your energy: protein, carbohydrates and fats.
